Overview
Complete office transformation with a full interior refurbishment, the creation of functional work areas, and upgrades to the electrical and network infrastructure. The office was completely overhauled from demolition to final finishes, including new partitions, flooring, electrical systems, and glass installations.
Challenges
Completely renovate the office by replacing the existing finishes, creating dedicated workspaces and a meeting room, and upgrading the electrical and data infrastructure. An additional challenge was coordinating material deliveries and construction work on the upper floors of the building.
Solutions
The project began with the demolition of the existing ceiling and flooring. After preparing the subfloor, new floor tiles were installed throughout the office. To create a more functional layout, we built drywall walls for the kitchen area and installed a glass partition and glass door for the meeting room. We also upgraded the office infrastructure by replacing floor boxes for power and data connections and installing additional electrical and network cabling. The walls and ceilings were finished and repainted, and the project was completed with the installation of new glass entrance doors.
